Large Format Conformal Patterning

We apply EMI shielding to domes and windows, which provides an optimal balance between optical transmission and RF shielding.

EMI shielding protects critical infrared, multi-spectral, and visible navigation, targeting, reconnaissance, and surveillance equipment. Our capability to manufacture EMI-shielding layers meets the requirements for shielding efficiency, diffraction effects, and optical transmission.

  • Patterns can be applied to multiple faces of either plano or curved surfaces
  • Programming resources to develop rectilinear, hub-and-spoke, or other grid types
  • Metalizing recipes tailored to meet specific resistive or conductive electrical requirements
  • Small line widths (5 µm) over large areas (300 mm x 300 mm or greater)
  • 100% inspection to meet defect criteria with automated microscope

We have the manufacturing capability to cost-effectively produce EMI-shielded windows for any of the three protective configurations: angle-of-incidence and wavelength ranges, diffracted energy, and frequency ranges.
