Custom patterned 2D optics
Our capabilities span the UV-VIS-IR and X-ray spectra. A wide variety of metals and dielectrics can be patterned on an assortment of substrates in which submicron features and alignments are typical.

High-temperature patterned ceramics
We demonstrated the capability for coating and patterning fully conformal three-dimensional surfaces with accurate dielectric thicknesses, precision conductive and resistive features less than 0.003” in size, in materials capable of withstanding temperatures in excess of 1200 °C.

We apply EMI shielding to domes and windows, which provides an optimal balance between optical transmission and RF shielding.
