This reticle contains useful patterns for linear, diameter and thickness checking.Pattern: Hole diameter scales: 1/64”, 1/32”, 3/64”, .005mm, .01mm, .02mm, .04mm, .05mm. 10mm scale: divided into units of .02mm. .5” scale: divided into units of .005”. Thickness Gauge: .001” to .008” in .001” increments. The pattern has an overall accuracy of 0.00004” (0.001mm).
The Reticle Pattern is very durable, double layer, deposited evaporative Chrome/Chrome Oxide, for a reflectivity of less than 5% looking at the pattern. The Patterns on all Reticles manufactured by Max Levy are replicated from Precision Chrome on Glass Tooling under clean room conditions.
