About This Product
This Multi-Function Reticle contains English/Metric Linear Scales, Metric Radius and English/Metric Hole Diameter Gauges. Also included is a 90 degree protractor segment and 29, 55, 60 and 118 degree angles.The English and Metric Scales have a Pattern Line Width of .001”±.0001” (.025mm ± .0025mm).
The Metric Scale is -10mm to +10mm with .10mm and .50mm increments and Numerals every 1.0mm. The Radius Scale has .01mm increments for the center 1.0mm and .50mm increments from 1.0mm to 10mm. The Protractor 90 Degree segment is divided into 1 degree increments for 10 degrees and 5 degree increments thereafter.
The Hole Pattern consists of Metric Hole Diameters that are from 0.1mm to 1.0mm in .10mm increments and English Inch Diameters .005, .010, .020, .030, .040, .050, 1/64, 1/33, 3/64, and 1/16 inches.
The pattern is right reading looking through the glass so that the pattern can be in direct contact with the object to be measured. The Reticle Pattern is very durable, double layer, deposited evaporative Chrome/Chrome Oxide, for a reflectivity of less than 5% looking at the pattern.
The Patterns on all Reticles manufactured by Max Levy are replicated from Precision Chrome on Glass Tooling under clean room conditions.
