Our History
Max Levy Autograph, Inc. (MLA) was founded in Baltimore in 1872 as a manufacturer of half-tone screens and etched plates for the graphic arts industry. In late 2010, MLA was acquired by II-VI Incorporated based in Saxonburg, PA.


Our Markets
We serve the military, aerospace, and commercial markets. Our products derive from high-precision phototooling and proprietary patterning methods. All our employees are U.S. citizens. We are ITAR registered and AS9100C certified.
Our Location
We now operate in a modern 30,000-square-foot facility with Class 10,000 cleanrooms in Northeast Philadelphia. The building, custom-built in 2008, includes 6,000 square feet of cleanroom space, as well as development and testing laboratories. The plant is minutes from both I-95 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike (I-276) at 2710 Commerce Way.
